Fishing with kids is both challenging and hilarious.
Earlier this year we did a delightful blog post with our 7 year old neighbor Mason.
We met Mason at the ANZAC day dawn service after he confidently approached us exclaiming, “Hi Ryan Moody, I watch all your videos” before parroting “I’m Ryan Moody helping you fish smarter not harder.”
Hard not to adopt him after that haha.
So he helped us with our blog post on a rod tip repair and we promised to take him fishing and catch a barra.
Having three children myself I’m no stranger to fishing with kids and find it hugely entertaining.
Especially when they catch a decent fish.
So just before the barra closure we took young Mason fishing.
Watching him catch his first barra was even more delightful than our first meeting.
